Team 3303 Metallic Thunder is a home-schooled robotics team that competes in the FIRST Robotics Competition.
Root Access hosted them for the 2019 season, providing facilities, tools, and guidance. It was a privilege to host them, and we're looking forward to their future success!
FIRST is a non-profit organization that operates youth robotics programs from kindergarten through high school.
The FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) is their high school program. Teams are given just six weeks to design and build a game-playing robot to compete against other robots to complete objectives and score points.
Team 3303 made it to the semi-final qualifications at the Central Valley Regional, and were ranked 11th overall with a record of 9 wins, 5 losses, and 0 ties.
